More Patients is a specialist Medical Marketing agency, a trading brand of Ezy Digital.
Medical Marketing: Medical SEO, Medical Google Ads, Medical Website Design, Medical AEO, Medical GEO, Google Business Profile, Reputation Management, Patient Acquisition and Healthcare Content Marketing.
Dental, medical centre/GP, physiotherapy, podiatry, chiropractic, psychology, osteopathy, allied health and medical specialist practices (cosmetic surgery, dermatology, radiology, aged care) in Australia.
Offices in Melbourne, VIC and Baulkham Hills, NSW (Sydney's Hills District); we work with practices across Australia.
Deliberately narrow industry focus, attribution reporting tied to enquiries and bookings rather than rankings, and AHPRA-compliance review built into every piece of content before it's published.
Documented client engagements by location and practice type, see our case studies, and a compliance-first content process described on this page.
Our story
Why we exist
More Patients is a specialist healthcare growth brand operated by Ezy Digital. The decision to build a dedicated brand, rather than simply add "healthcare" as one more service line under a generalist agency, came from a straightforward observation: healthcare marketing has different rules. Google treats medical content under stricter trust and accuracy standards. Regulators like AHPRA govern how health services can advertise. And the patient decision journey, often urgent, sometimes anxious, always trust-sensitive, doesn't behave like a typical local-business purchase decision.
We chose to start narrow rather than broad: dental, physiotherapy, medical centres and GPs, and podiatry first, with chiropractic, psychology, osteopathy and wider allied health added deliberately as our processes and case studies for each category matured. That's a slower path to a large client list, and an intentional one, depth in a smaller number of niches produces better outcomes than shallow expertise spread across every industry that would take our call.
How we work
Our approach to expertise
Every strategy starts with a free Patient Growth Audit, a genuine review of a practice's search visibility, website conversion path and booking flow, not a sales pitch dressed up as an audit. We'd rather tell a prospective client honestly that we're not the right fit than take on an engagement we don't believe we can move the needle on.
Campaigns, content and advertising are reviewed against AHPRA's advertising guidance for regulated health services before publication, this isn't a value-add we mention in a sales call and then skip under deadline pressure, it's a fixed part of how content moves from draft to live. Reviews are grown through genuine, compliant request processes, never incentives or gating. And every retainer is reported against real patient-acquisition metrics: enquiries, calls, bookings and, where a client wants it, revenue attribution.
What we hold ourselves to
The standards behind the work.
Attribution over vanity metrics
We report on enquiries, calls and bookings, not just traffic and rankings. If a number can't be traced to a patient, we don't lead with it.
Healthcare-specific, not generic
Every strategy is built around how a specific patient type in a specific practice type actually searches and decides, never a copy-paste local business template.
Compliance is not optional
AHPRA advertising guidance, testimonial restrictions and patient privacy obligations are treated as a starting constraint, not an afterthought to fix later.
Deliberate, not scattergun
We work in a focused set of healthcare niches so our knowledge of each one actually compounds, rather than spreading thin across every industry that will pay us.

Trust & transparency
Who's behind More Patients
More Patients is a trading brand of Ezy Digital (ABN 00 000 000 000), with offices in Melbourne and in Baulkham Hills, Sydney, working with practices across Australia. We're a growing specialist practice, not a decades-old institution, and we'd rather be upfront about that than manufacture a longer history than we have. What we can point to instead is a narrow, deliberate focus, transparent attribution reporting, hands-on local experience in Sydney's Hills District, and a compliance-first approach to a heavily regulated industry. If you want to check our current thinking on a specific channel or claim before engaging us, ask, we'll give you a straight answer, including when the honest answer is "we're not sure yet, here's how we'd test it."
