What 'more patients' looks like, in detail.

Each case below breaks down the starting challenge, what we actually did, and the measurable result, the same structure we use in real client reporting. These specific scenarios are illustrative examples of the kind of engagement and outcome this approach typically produces, not verified individual client results.

Dental, 3 chairs, outer Melbourne

From 40 to 96 new patients a month

The challenge

A well-established practice with a strong local reputation but a website that hadn't been touched in years, slow to load, no service-specific pages, and an online booking form that frequently failed on mobile. New patient enquiries were almost entirely reliant on existing patient referrals.

What we did

We rebuilt core technical foundations, added dedicated pages for general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry and implants, and replaced the broken booking form with a streamlined, mobile-first flow. Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation ran alongside this over the following months.

The result

New patient enquiries increased significantly over five months, with a meaningful shift toward higher-value implant and cosmetic cases specifically, not just general check-ups.

Physiotherapy, 2 clinics, Brisbane

Cut cost per booked patient by more than half

The challenge

An existing Google Ads account was running broad match keywords with no negative keyword list, sending all traffic to the clinic's homepage, and had no call tracking installed, meaning nobody could say with confidence which campaigns were actually producing booked patients.

What we did

We restructured the account into service and condition-specific campaigns, built dedicated landing pages for the highest-intent searches, installed call tracking, and cut spend on keywords that were producing clicks but no bookings.

The result

Cost per booked patient fell substantially within the first full reporting cycle, with the same or lower total ad spend producing a comparable or greater number of actual bookings.

Medical centre, Perth metro

Filled two new GPs' books inside a quarter

The challenge

A growing medical centre had brought on two additional GPs but had no way for prospective patients to find or choose a specific practitioner online, all enquiries funnelled through a general phone line, with reception manually checking availability.

What we did

We built individual practitioner profile pages with visible availability, strengthened local SEO specifically targeting "new to area" and "accepting new patients" search terms, and streamlined the same-day booking flow.

The result

Both new GPs reached a fully booked schedule within the quarter, with patients able to self-select and book directly rather than relying on reception to manually match availability.

Podiatry, single practice, regional NSW

Built a genuine direct-access patient stream

The challenge

The practice derived the large majority of its patient volume from GP referrals for chronic disease management care plans, with almost no direct-access patients, largely because most prospective patients in the area didn't realise podiatry could be booked without a referral.

What we did

We built direct-access awareness content explicitly addressing this gap, added condition-specific pages for foot pain, nail conditions and sports injuries, and optimised local SEO and Google Business Profile for direct "podiatrist near me" searches.

The result

A meaningful new stream of direct-access bookings developed over several months, operating independently of and without disrupting the practice's existing GP referral relationships.

New channel direct-access bookings

These scenarios are illustrative examples for explanatory purposes, built from the kind of engagements and outcomes this approach typically produces. They are not claims about any specific, named client. Verified, client-consented case studies will replace these as they become available for publication.
